He has extensive knowledge and experience in all of the Great Lakes, Welland Canal lock system, Erie Canal system, St Lawrence Seaway, Hudson River, right through to Key West Florida navigating the ICW and Atlantic Ocean outside routes. He has also completed numerous successful trips up and down the Midwest river systems from Chicago to Mobile Alabama and the Gulf of Mexico from the Florida panhandle to the keys. Captain Bill has repositioned and delivered yachts from 35’ up to 115’. Captain Bill only employees non smoking crew members, and individuals that have experience in safe boating practices and boat owners. He also does on board training for new vessels owners to hone all navigational skills including trip planning along with a maintenance schedule for your specific vessel. He’s also been hired for owners sea trails on vessels during surveys. He also does many vessel imports and exports to Canada and vice versa to U.S.A. He also holds dual citizenship and indigenous status in North America.
Captain Bill started a full-time yacht transport business in Southern California in 1991 right after his career in the U.S. Air Force. He obtained his U.S.C.G 100-ton master license by working on commercial and private yachts measuring up to 110 feet long. Captain Bill is well-versed in all major brands of diesel and gasoline engines and generators. Along with all major brands of electronics, plumbing, a/c handling units, and hydraulic systems. He also has experience in all propulsion drives of specific vessels. So your yacht will be in excellent hands.
